Sharni Vinson

In NSW, Australia, Sharni Vinson grew up in Sydney's southern beach area of Cronulla. At the age of 16 she took part at a National Level in swimming, holding four State records in the high school. Sharni was among the youngest performers within her immediate family, having started at an early age with acting, singing and dancing. Sharni's mother performed in music theater while her grandmother, the country's youngest ballerina in 1945, was awarded an opportunity to study at the Borovansky Ballet Company. When she was 12, Sharni enrolled as a student at the Brent Street School of Performing Arts in Sydney and was trained in all faucets of dance during the subsequent 10 years. Sharni who graduated from high school at the age of 17 and was contacted by Roadshow Music Australia to be a part the group "Foxfire IV" A pop group comprised of all females. group, whose debut single, "Roses", reached number 50 in Australia's ARIA chart.
